          Philippe Buhannic

          Philippe Buhannic is a co-founder and former chairman and chief executive officer of the financial software firm TradingScreen Inc.[1] He is also an associate member director with the Futures Industry Association (FIA).[2]Pierre Schroeder replaced Buhannic as CEO in July of 2016.[3][4]

          Buhannic co-founded TradingScreen with his brother and Joseph Ahearn in 1999.

          In April of 2016, he won the CEO of the Year for Innovation in Trading Solutions Award from IAIR Group, a European research institute and publishing house.[5]

          In May of 2016 he was placed on leave by TradingScreen's directors over questions about his conduct, touching off a battle for control of the firm.

          Some board members sued Buhannic to prevent him from interfering in company operations while he was on the six-month paid leave, according to filings in Delaware Chancery Court.[6]
